A deep dive into sewing- from the very beginning.
We cover everything from sewing machine switch-on, to your first buttonholes and zips...
You will make samples of the topics covered:
Stitches and what they’re used for
Your machines tools and presser feet
Machine maintenance, threading, tension, bobbins..
You will sew a stitch library and create some stitch samples
Sampling many seam types, facings and plackets
Fastenings; Buttonholes, zips and elastication
Plus we will talk fabrics, threads, needles and more!
All pre-cut samples and the fabrics and notions for your wearable course project are included
PLUS!
Complete a sewing project incorporating most of what you learn in your course!
PLUS PLUS! - One free Improvers session is included! Whether you need the session to complete your starter project, or to get help starting your first follow-up make.
