Learn some basic principles of pattern cutting, and draft your first pattern.

Making up - Make notes as you go along, to create your step by step pattern instructions to make again at home

Purchase similar fabric: Woven/stretch to match the garment you’re copying -by all means get in touch for help with this.
***Please only make in Jersey/Stretch if you have made something in this fabric before
or you have your own overlocker,
or have come to an overlocker session in preparation.
If you can’t decide what to copy, by all means bring a couple and we can decide on the day
- keeping it simple will mean you will get finished
With the principles under your belt, you may be able to copy something more complicated at home, or at a more advanced class.
